Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. Use of this website is conditioned upon, and signifies your agreement to the terms and conditions listed here.

Code of Practice

  1. All clients must complete a Consultation Form and a COVID-19 Screening Declaration prior to treatment .

  2. All clients will receive up to 5 minutes consultation in addition to their treatment

  3. Treatments will only be conducted if Sevinity Holistics deems the treatment safe for the client to receive

  4. GP/Consultant permission may be required before treatments can be provided

Cancellation Policy

  1. A booking is confirmed once Sevinity Holistics has emailed confirmation to client

  2. If a cancellation is made more than 24 hours before a treatment, the client will receive a full refund of the pre-booked treatment

  3. If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of the treatment, a late cancellation fee will be incurred of 50% of the pre-booked treatement.

  4. This cancellation fee may be waived at Sevinity Holistics’ discretion.

  5. Sevinity Holistics has the right to cancel a treatment by giving 24 hours’ notice, at which point a full refund will be issued

  6. Sevinity Holistics has the right to cancel a treatment within 24 hours if the room or environment is unsuitable for the treatment to be provided, or if the therapist is taken ill, at which point a full refund will be issued

Inappropriate Behaviour

  1. Sevinity Holistics has the right not to proceed with a treatment if the client appears to be intoxicated with alcohol, under the influence of recreational drugs or aggressive in any way

  2. Payment will be retained for the full treatment price is a treatment cannot proceed due to the client being intoxicated with alcohol, under the influence of recreational drugs or aggressive in any way

Gift Vouchers

  1. Vouchers can be used as payment towards any available treatments

  2. Vouchers are only valid for one use

  3. If the whole amount of the voucher is not used, another voucher for the remaining sum will be issued

  4. If the value of the voucher does not cover the cost of the treatment, the client will be invoiced for the remaining balance. This invoice will need to be paid no less than 24 hours before the treatment is due to take place

  5. Vouchers are only valid up to and including the expiry date

  6. Refunds are not available for vouchers already paid for and provided

Payment

Sevinity Holistics accepts payment by debit / credit card / gift vouchers upon booking

Complaints Procedure

Sevinity Holistics acknowledges a client’s right to complain. We hope you never feel the need to do so but should you find yourself in the situation where you are unhappy with the service provided, please be reassured that this feedback, in addition to positive suggestions, is freely received and changes implemented where possible.
