What is deep tissue massage? Using a variety of techniques, deep tissue massage releases tension and tightness held deeply in your muscles and connective tissue and helps facilitate the removal of toxins from these areas. Whilst problem areas can be focused on, a full body deep tissue massage will leave you feeling stretched and supple. This is a fabulous treatment for those who like a regular, deep massage as part of their selfcare regime, for those with injured muscles or for those experiencing the physical symptoms of stress such as tight muscles, achy shoulder’s and tension headaches.
